We loved the convenient location of this hotel - it was connected to a mall that had plenty of shops and restaurants, while the metro station was right next door. This made it extremely easy for us to get around and explore the city. We also appreciated the spacious and modern facilities of the hotel room, particularly the clean bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us arrange a reliable tour guide for our day trip to Zhouzhuang.

We had a wonderful stay at a true gem in Suzhou. The location of the hotel was perfect, with Changmen Gate and beautiful canals nearby. The room we stayed in was comfortable and offered an amazing view of the city. Despite minimal English from the staff, they were obliging and made our stay enjoyable. We loved exploring the shops and activities in the area. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

Located in the heart of shops, with a metro station nearby, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. The friendly staff were helpful, and even assisted us when a member of our group fell ill by calling a doctor and arranging transportation. The comfortable rooms were modern and clean, and featured spacious bathrooms with both a bathtub and shower.

One downside we experienced was that the room floor was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and debris remaining. the windows did not provide good sound insulation, allowing the sounds from the busy streets outside to be heard even when the windows were closed.

The hotel's location is absolutely mind-blowing, with the metro station and Shang Tang Street just a stone's throw away. Strolling along the canals and cobbled streets at night, with lanterns lighting the way, is a jaw-dropping experience. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring. Crystal at reception, the only English-speaking staff, was super helpful in guiding us to must-visit places. The price and performance ratio is really good, especially for Chinese families. The staff was friendly, the room spacious and clean, with a nice shower and bathtub. The proximity to the underground station, famous old street, and renowned gardens make it a super convenient choice.
